(UI) — Foley Products Company LLC and Pre-Con Products have agreed to assign all the patents and trademarks for StormPrism, an underground stormwater storage solution, to Foley in the United States and Canada.

New Jersey American Water acquires Somerville sewer system, commits $9.5 million to upgrades
