Thomas Fuller Golden, 69, passed away suddenly on Aug. 12 from complications related to cancer.
Michael DeWare Cole, 68, died July 17. DeWare was a pipeline veteran who began his career in the pipeline industry in the ‘60s working for several companies including Michael Curran Associates, Bechtel Oil, Gas & Chemicals Inc., Gulf Interstate Engineering.

On Tuesday, Aug. 30, the National Transportation Safety Board issued their final report on the pipeline explosion in San Bruno, CA, that occurred on Sept. 9, 2010. A 30-inch diameter natural gas transmission pipeline owned and operated by Pacific Gas & Electric Company (PG&E) ruptured in this residential area, killing eight people.
