Azuria Water Solutions acquires BLD Services to expand pipeline rehab capabilities
(UI) — Azuria Water Solutions, a provider of technology-enabled water infrastructure solutions, has acquired BLD Services, LLC, a national pipeline rehabilitation company based in Kenner, Louisiana.
Founded in 2001, BLD is the nation’s largest manufacturer and installer of cured-in-place pipe (CIPP) lateral liners. The company operates across the Central and Eastern U.S. and is also one of the largest water pipeline service providers along the Louisiana Gulf Coast.
BLD manufactures its Service Connection Seal + Lateral (SCS+L) products at a facility in Nashville, Tennessee. It is a trusted vendor of the Purchasing Cooperative of America and holds a COSTARS™ contract used by Pennsylvania agencies.
Under the acquisition, BLD will continue to operate independently with support from Azuria. President Dan Wager and Vice President Jacob Trapani, Sr. will remain in leadership roles.
“BLD’s reputation is unmatched, and its teams include top industry talent,” said Rob Tullman, President & CEO of Azuria Water Solutions. “The company brings several important capabilities to Azuria’s growing list of services.”
