Azuria expands rehab services with Atlantic Coast Contractors acquisition
(UI) — Azuria Water Solutions, Inc. has acquired Atlantic Coast Contractors, Inc., a trenchless pipeline rehabilitation company based in Denver, North Carolina, expanding its footprint in the southeastern United States.
Atlantic Coast Contractors will operate as a division of North American Pipeline Management, LLC, an Azuria subsidiary. Founded in 1978 by John Butler, the company provides water and sewer rehabilitation services using trenchless and traditional construction methods.
Its capabilities include sewer inspection and cleaning, manhole rehabilitation, water service and main replacement, new installations, bypass pumping, and trenchless repair through slip lining, pipe bursting, and cured-in-place pipe (CIPP) lining.
Matt Butler and Clinton Bell will continue to manage the North Carolina-based business and serve customers across North and South Carolina.
“Atlantic Coast Contractors brings decades of experience in delivering well-engineered, low-disruption pipeline rehabilitation,” Azuria said in a statement. “We’re proud to welcome them to the Azuria family.”
Azuria Water Solutions, founded in 1971 and headquartered in St. Louis, provides technology-enabled products and services for sustainable water infrastructure management.
