Vortex acquires ETECAS to expand trenchless tech, in-house manufacturing
Vortex Companies, a trenchless technology construction company headquartered in Houston, announced its acquisition of ETECAS UG (ETECAS), a Germany-based leader in trenchless rehabilitation and UV curing equipment.
Headquartered in Dietmannsried, Germany, ETECAS specializes in the development and manufacturing of cutting-edge equipment and UV curing systems for the trenchless pipeline rehabilitation industry. The acquisition significantly enhances Vortex's mission to expand its in-house manufacturing capabilities for comprehensive UV solutions.
