She implemented cost-saving measures, streamlined accounting and finance functions, and integrated NetSuite, a leading cloud-based ERP solution. Catherine's leadership also enabled the addition of Alan Millis as a part-time CFO, ensuring continued high-level financial oversight and cost efficiency.
