Electro scan secures sewer assessment project in Jersey, Channel Islands
(UI) — Electro Scan has been awarded a 10.8 km (6.7 miles) sewer condition assessment project in Jersey, Channel Islands. The project, a collaboration with Drain it Ltd., will leverage Electro Scan’s advanced Es-400 technology to enhance the reliability and efficiency of the island's sewer infrastructure.
This assessment will identify leaks, cracks, and defects within the sewer network, providing crucial data for the Jersey government to make informed decisions on repairs and maintenance. The project aims to improve system performance, ensure environmental sustainability, and prolong the life of critical pipeline networks.
"We are thrilled to have been awarded this prestigious project in Jersey, Channel Islands, to conduct another sewer main condition assessment," said Brad Weston, managing director UK at Electro Scan. " This partnership underscores our commitment to providing innovative solutions that optimize infrastructure management, enhance operational efficiency, and ensure the longevity of critical pipeline networks."
The project is expected to deliver critical insights that will assist Jersey in prioritizing repairs and managing their pipeline assets more sustainably.
