Primoris Services appoints Rhonda Anderson as chief human resources officer

(UC) – Primoris Services Corp. has appointed Rhonda Anderson as chief human resources officer, the company said on Dec. 13. Anderson joined Primoris in 2021 as senior vice president of human resources and in the last year has guided the function through a transformation to strengthen the services it provides.

With this appointment, she will build upon this effort and continue to bring engagement and partnership across the organization to help the Company execute business strategy and achieve its goals.

“Rhonda has been an integral part of shaping our culture since she joined Primoris, and as we remain focused on the employee experience, we are pleased to elevate our human resources function with Rhonda’s exceptional leadership,” Tom McCormick, Primoris' president and CEO, said.

As chief human resources officer, Anderson will continue to oversee the function across the Primoris organization, with responsibilities including total rewards, talent management, and human resources processes and operations. She has over fifteen years of experience in various industries, most recently serving as vice president of human resources for Sterling Construction Company Inc.

Anderson holds a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration from the University of Colorado Denver.
