Gary Oradat Joins Halff Associates
Gary Oradat, P.E., is the new director of water utilities at Halff Associates Inc. With nearly 40 years of experience in the public sector, his areas of expertise span:
- Water resource planning and implementation
- Wastewater collection system analysis and planning
- Municipal infrastructure planning and implementation
- Program and project management
This includes 23 years with the City of Houston’s Department of Public Works and Engineering; eight years with the Coastal Water Authority; and experience developing or expanding the municipal client bases for a consulting firm and an engineering firm. Through the consultancy he founded in 2011, Oradat & Associates, he advised private and governmental entities in the horizontal and vertical design sectors, construction industry and alternative project delivery.
Halff Associates is a Richardson, Texas-based regional consulting firm that has provided full-service engineering, architecture and related services since 1950, with a focus on smarter solutions.
