Henkels & McCoy Group, Inc. Established as New Parent Holding Company of Henkels & McCoy, Inc., HMI Services, Inc., and H&M Shared Services, Inc.

T. Roderick Henkels, Chairman, President, and Chief Executive Officer of Henkels & McCoy, Inc., announced the formation of Henkels & McCoy Group, Inc., as the new parent holding company of Henkels & McCoy, Inc., HMI Services, Inc., and H&M Shared Services, Inc. The formation of the holding company was done to enable future growth and to better serve utility infrastructure customers nationally. HMI Services, through its subsidiary companies, HMI Technical Solutions and HMI Communications, will provide solutions for customers in new and expanding geographic markets throughout the United States.
