UCTA to recognize Dr. Tom Iseley as 2016 MVP

On Feb. 3, 2016, the Underground Construction Technology Association (UCTA) and Underground Construction magazine will honor David Thomas (Tom) Iseley, Ph.D., P.E., Dist.M.ASCE for his contributions to the underground infrastructure industry at UCTA’s Most Valuable Professional (MVP) ceremony held in conjunction with the annual UCT conference. The special luncheon will be held at the Georgia World Congress Center in Atlanta, GA, from 12 to 1:30 p.m. More details to follow.

Dr. Iseley, director of the Trenchless Technology Center, Louisiana Tech University, and founder of the Buried Asset Management Institute-International (BAMI-I), will be honored for his exemplary 37-year career as a researcher, educator and practitioner. He is known for encouraging progressive innovative trenchless technology practices for the benefit of the public and engineering community, mentoring students and practicing engineers, and fostering a dynamic evolution of the industry.
