TWDB Appoints Farias, Huntoon As Team Managers
The Texas Water Development Board (TWDB) announced Luis Farias and Lee Huntoon as its new team managers for the Northeast Regional Planning Area and Panhandle/West Regional Planning Area, respectively.
Farias joined TWDB as a financial analyst in 1999 and most recently served as Team Manager of the Panhandle/West Region. In his new role as Team Manager for the Northeast Regional Planning Area, Farias will serve as the primary point of contact for projects in Regions C and D. Farias replaces Jessica Zuba who was named as Director of Regional Water Planning and Development in May 2014.
Huntoon joined TWDB in August, previously working as the Community Development Project Manager at Grantworks. Huntoon will replace Farias as Team Manager for the Panhandle/West Regional Planning Area and will serve as the primary point of contact for projects in Regions A, O, E and F.
