A pioneer in the CIPP process, Applied Felts has been perfecting felt liners from the beginning of trenchless pipeline rehabilitation. Applied Felts is a 100 percent vertically integrated liner manufacturer, which guarantees that every phase of manufacturing – from the purchase of raw fiber to the coating and manufacture of liners – is done in one location, providing impeccable precision and control over quality products. 276.656.1904, appliedfelts.com

National Liner
 width=
National Liner consists of a non-woven, needled polyester felt liner saturated with a thermosetting resin system designed specifically for the environmental conditions of the rehabilitation project. National Liner is not limited in size and can be manufactured for pipelines ranging from 6 inch through 90-plus inches in diameter. During a typical installation, the soft liner is inserted into the pipeline from one existing manhole to another. The liner is inverted or winched into place and expanded using a hydrostatic head of water or air to press the liner tightly against the interior of the host pipe. Once in place, the liner is heated to activate the resin system, causing the resin to cure, and form a new structural pipe within the host pipe. When the curing is complete, lateral lines are then re-opened using remote controlled cutting tool. All National Liner components are produced in ISO certified facilities to job specifications and ASTM standards. 800.547.1235, nationalliner.com

LMK Enterprises
The Performance Liner Lateral System allows the installer the freedom to position the liner anywhere in the pipe by inverting through a cleanout. The liner can be directed either upstream or downstream using LMK’s patented guide shoe. Gasket sealing O-rings are placed at the upstream and downstream ends of the liner providing a verifiable, non-leaking lateral liner that is compatible with all types of piping. LMK’s lateral liners also include compressible material at the upstream end of the liner, producing a smooth tapered transition to the old pipe. This process renews laterals from 4 to 8 inches in diameter in continuous lengths up to 130 feet. Inversion tanks come in two sizes (36 inch or 18 inch) and are equipped with a camera port so the liner can be visually inspected under pressure for proper placement prior to the liner being cured. 815.433.1275, lmkenterprises.com

Miller Pipeline
 width=
The MPC ToughTube CIPP lining systems restore structural integrity, reduce inflow and infiltration, and in many circumstances increase flow capacity in larger diameter lines. The pliable nature of the uncured pipe liner, or tube, which is made of a resin-saturated felt with a vapor barrier, allows the material to be installed around curves and other obstructions while filling cracks and bridging gaps. The lining process is accomplished by either inverting or pulling the tube into the existing host pipe made of any material. Once the resin-impregnated tube has been fully installed, it is cured using circulating hot water or steam. During the curing process, the tube is held tightly against the host pipe by internal pressure. After the tube has cured into a monolithic structure, the laterals are robotically reopened. It is available in a wide variety of shapes and pipe diameters from 6-inches to over 96-inches. 800.428.3742, millerpipeline.com

Inliner Technologies
 width=
The Inliner product is installed using direct inversion as well as the pull-in method for deteriorating pipelines ranging in diameter from four to 120 inches. The curing process can be completed by either hot water or steam/hot air that allows for versatility when scheduling projects, crews and equipment to complete each CIPP project. This transformation of a soft, flexible felt tube to a thermoset resin-impregnated liner and finally to a cured structural liner within the existing pipe is a process for which Inliner crews and project managers have been trained to ensure compliance with the owner’s required specifications. 812.723.0704, inliner.net
