In Memoriam: Larry E. Randolph
Larry E. Randolph, 66, vice president, chief marketing officer and owner of Apex Pipeline Services Inc., died May 23.
He was previously vice president and part owner of C. J. Hughes Inc. from 1965-2005. Randolph is survived by his wife, Carolyn. Donations may be made to Manna Meal, 1105 Quarrier Street, Charleston, WV 25301.
