PFERD Polifan Curve SG-Plus
The Polifan Curve SG-Plus has a new flap wheel design with a unique radial shape that allows for aggressive grinding with not only the bottom and edge of the flap disc, but also with the top edge. Polifan Curve is recommended for use with high powered angle grinders having a minimum output of 1,200 watts and is ideal for precision grinding of fillet welds as well as deburring, chamfering steel and all grinding of steel and stainless steel.
A 9/16-inch width disc is available for fillet welds up to 1/8-inch wide and 5/8-inch width for welds up to 5/16-inch wide. The unthreaded arbor hole version has a 7/8-inch bore and the threaded version has a 5/8-11 thread. All work at a maximum speed of 12,200 rpm and offer an extended tool life due to the special alignment of the disc flaps. 800.342.9015, www.pferdusa.com
