Verdantas expands Northern California water services with MHM acquisition
(UI) — Verdantas, a technical consulting firm specializing in environmental, water, and energy solutions, has acquired Marysville-based M-H-M, Inc. (MHM) to bolster its presence in Northern California's water market.
The acquisition, supported by Sterling Investment Partners, strengthens Verdantas’ capabilities in water supply, flood control, irrigation, and land development services.
MHM has established strong relationships with municipalities, public agencies, and private clients, bringing expertise in water resource management, storm drainage, and land surveying. Sean Minard, President of MHM, emphasized how the partnership addresses California’s unique engineering challenges. "By joining Verdantas, we gain access to in-house expertise in geotechnical, geological, and structural engineering, enabling us to deliver more comprehensive solutions to our clients," he said.
