Azuria Water Solutions acquires Pipe Pros, expands Southeast utility services
(UI) — Azuria Water Solutions has acquired Pipe Pros LLC, a Charlotte, North Carolina-based contractor specializing in sewer, sanitation, and storm utility services. The acquisition strengthens Azuria's presence in the Southeast and adds to its portfolio of technology-enabled water solutions.
Founded in 2017 by Jon LaFlamme and his son Zack, Pipe Pros has grown into a leading provider of services such as CCTV and manhole inspections, heavy cleaning, and emergency response. Canaan LaFlamme joined the business in 2021, further contributing to its growth.
"Pipe Pros has built a strong reputation for quality and reliability, and we are excited to bring them into the Azuria family," said an Azuria spokesperson.
Following the acquisition, Pipe Pros will operate under Insituform, an Azuria company. The company’s employees and facilities in North Carolina and Georgia will remain in place, and the LaFlamme family will continue to lead the business.
Azuria Water Solutions continues to expand its reach and capabilities, further solidifying its position as a leader in the water solutions industry.
