Minn. utility, excavation company acquired by Bituminous, expanding underground reach
According to Southwest News Media, G.F. Jedlicki, an underground utility and excavation company based in Chanhassen, Minn., has been acquired by Bituminous Roadways, a local asphalt company.
This acquisition expands Bituminous Roadways’ work capabilities and brings in new staff members with experience in sewer and water construction, heavy highway underground utility work, and excavation and preparation of sites.
Employees of G.F. Jedlicki have now merged with the Bituminous Roadways staff.
