NW Natural Water expands Arizona presence with Rose Valley Water acquisition

(UI) – NW Natural Water Company, LLC, has completed the acquisition of Rose Valley Water Company, a water utility serving approximately 2,400 connections in Peoria, Arizona, a major suburb northwest of Phoenix.

The Rose Valley Water acquisition closed on Oct. 2, 2023. With this transaction, NW Natural Water serves more than 164,000 people through approximately 66,000 connections across five states.
