Sewer expansion project set to commence next week in Provincetown, Mass.

(UI) — In a significant step towards bolstering its infrastructure, the coastal town of Provincetown, Massachusetts, is gearing up for Phase 6A of its sewer expansion project, set to kick off next week on Nov. 27.

Spearheaded by the Town of Provincetown in collaboration with the esteemed Robert B. Our Company (RBO), the construction initiative is poised to bring vital improvements to the area.

The initial focus of Phase 6A will be on Franklin Street, where RBO will be diligently installing new sewer connection stubs throughout the week. While efforts will be made to minimize disruptions, residents and commuters should brace for potential detours and delays. The dedicated crews, accompanied by police details, will ensure a smooth flow of traffic during the construction process.

Once the work on Franklin Street is successfully completed, attention will shift to further areas, including Pleasant Street and Montello Street, as Provincetown continues its commitment to upgrading essential infrastructure for the benefit of its residents and visitors alike. Stay tuned for updates on the progress of this crucial sewer expansion project.
