Condux International appoints James Radous III as CEO
(UI) — Condux International announced the appointment of James J (Jim) Radous III as chief executive officer (CEO) on Dec. 19. Radous, formerly chief revenue officer (CRO) at Condux, is an accomplished business leader with extensive domestic and international experience.
Radous served as business unit vice president for Federal Signal Corporation and president/CEO of UniCarriers Americas Corporation before joining Condux. With a proven track record in executive leadership, strategic planning, and revenue generation, Radous brings valuable expertise to his new role.
In his statement, Radous expressed enthusiasm for the future of Condux International, emphasizing the company's deep history and his commitment to maintaining high standards. He aims to lead the organization by providing solutions to customers and end-users while upholding the company's reputation as a reliable 'True Blue' partner.
Ryan Schrick, chief financial officer (CFO) at Condux International since July 2023, looks forward to collaborating with Radous to foster the growth of the company and its employees.
Condux International owner Brad Radichel stated that Radous' appointment as CEO aligns with the company's strategic goals, following critical investments in manufacturing technology.
