Artesian Resources Corporation Announces Leadership Change
Artesian Resources Corporation has appointed Joseph A. DiNunzio as President of Artesian Water Maryland, Inc.
DiNunzio has served as Executive Vice President and Secretary of Artesian Resources Corporation since 2007. Previously, he served as Senior Vice President and Secretary and Vice President and Secretary. Prior to joining Artesian in 1989, DiNunzio was with PriceWaterhouseCoopers LLP.
DiNunzio is Past Chairman of the Cecil County Chamber of Commerce and a member of the Board of the Cecil Business Leaders. He is a member of the Delaware Water Supply Coordinating Council, the Delaware Source Water Assessment and Protection Programs’ Citizens and Technical Advisory Committee, the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
