Rullex 

Rullex, a national general contractor specializing in turnkey telecommunication solutions, appointed  
Robert Owens as its new CEO, overseeing strategy development and execution as the company continues to expand its national presence in markets including Arizona, California, Florida, Texas, and Washington, and with projects from major carriers including AT&T, DISH, T-Mobile, and Verizon.  

During his 20-year career in technology and manufacturing, he has successfully grown startups to $65 million annual revenues, launched over 600 products, penetrated international markets, and increased efficiencies by 45 percent. 

Fiber Fast Homes 

Sarah Conway was appointed to business development specialist for the state of Texas, at Fiber Fast Homes, a rapidly growing fiber-to-the-home Internet service provider.  

A telecommunications professional with more than 12 years of account management, training and sales experience, she has previously worked at AT&T, Comcast and T-Mobile. 

LAN 

Lars Zetterstrom, P.E., has been sworn in as the new President of the Society of American Military Engineers (SAME) Houston/Galveston Post. A professional engineering organization, SAME promotes the advancement of technical knowledge and fosters collaboration between government and industry on infrastructure solutions. 

A member of SAME for more than 20 years, Zetterstrom is vice president and manager of Federal Programs at Lockwood, Andrews & Newnam, Inc. (LAN). He also works on projects for the Harris County Flood Control District. 

A graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point with a civil engineering degree, he is a retired Colonel, previously serving as the District Commander of the US Army Corps of Engineers – Galveston District. 

Volvo 

Volvo Construction Equipment (Volvo CE) has made changes to its Executive Management Team (EMT) in order to increase the focus on transformation and operational business performance. 

To increase the focus on transformation and operational business performance, Volvo divided its Executive Management Team Finance, Strategy & Business Development into two separate functions. 

  • Within finance, Klara Eiritz has been appointed Head of Finance to drive all accounting and financial planning related matters within Volvo CE. 
  • For Strategy & Business Development, Philippe Henriette has been appointed Head of Strategy & Business Development. 

Finance 

Klara Eiritz was appointed Head of Finance and will become a new member of the EMT. She currently serves as Head of Business Control and Sourcing for Market Area Europe and Latin America at Ericsson and previously served in a number of senior finance positions over 14 years working for Sandvik. 

Strategy & Business Development 

Philippe Henriette was appointed Head of Strategy & Business Development to lead and drive this strengthened EMT. Currently Senior Vice President Finance, Digital, IT and Business Development at Volvo CE, in his new role he will be responsible for supporting Volvo CE in its ambitions and address a number of the company’s key challenges and strategic issues. 

Brown and Caldwell 

Susan Gehoski joined leading environmental engineering and construction services firm Brown and Caldwell, as senior vice president and its new chief people officer (CPO). 

She has held various human resources (HR) leadership roles, providing strategic direction in start-up, mergers and acquisitions, and growth modes for healthcare, manufacturing, engineering and professional services, and utilities. 

Primoris 

Chad Haxton is chief information officer for Primoris Services Corporation, a specialty contractor providing critical infrastructure services to the utility, energy/renewables and pipeline services markets throughout the U.S. and Canada. 

He joined Primoris in 2019 as senior vice president of information technology and in his new role will continue to drive Primoris’ digital transformation through innovation and technology implementations. This includes deployment of hardware, software, and cybersecurity technologies while leveraging cloud-based and mobile strategies to streamline field operations and enable successful and safe project delivery. 

TWC 

Three new Board of Directors members will help the Water Council (TWC) achieve its mission to solve global water challenges by driving freshwater innovation and advancing water stewardship.  

Scott Clawson has served as chairman and CEO of Culligan International since 2012. Previously, he was president and CEO of GSI Group, CEO of Ryko Enterprises, held various roles at Danaher Corporation, and management positions at Alcoa Corporation.  

Stephen B. Guy is a managing director in Baird’s industrial investment banking practice. Over his career, he has advised on a variety of mergers and acquisitions and financings for public, private equity and family-owned businesses. 

Kim Marotta is the global vice president, environmental sustainability for Beam Suntory. She is responsible  
for developing and implementing long-term commitments to environmental sustainability across every facet of the value chain.
