Underground Construction Technology: Registration is Open!

Make plans now to attend Underground Construction magazine’s premier business event – the Underground Construction Technology International Conference & Exhibition (UCT). Join underground utility industry professionals in Fort Worth, TX., Tuesday, Jan. 25 to Thursday, Jan. 27, 2022, and learn about the innovative technologies used for new underground infrastructure construction and rehabilitation.

Practical solutions to real-world job-site challenges using trenchless and open-cut methods will be incorporated into the benchmark education program and expansive exhibit hall.

The UCT program supports the business objectives of everyone who maintains the underground utility infrastructure. In the exhibit hall, technologies that help achieve various objectives are featured, including those to help municipalities predict failures in underground assets before a catastrophic loss occurs. If you’re in the business of fiber-optic installation, HDD equipment and related services will be on display.

Is inflow and infiltration the bane of your existence? UCT has you covered, with an I&I/Leak Detection education track, and yes, products and services will be displayed in the exhibit hall, to help you mitigate these types of losses.

We’re happy to announce that there will be another HDD Reunion and Hall of Fame induction in January! The first reunion, in Fort Worth, in 2020, was a huge success, drawing more than 400 guests. At UCT 2021, in July, Ron Halderman and Bob Westphal, posthumously, were inducted into the Hall of Fame in front of 225 HDD professionals at a special reception. We will announce the UCT 2022 inductees in a few weeks.

Tickets for the HDD Reunion can be added to your UCT registration. Sponsorships are available by contacting Jenna Rutan at jrutan@UCTonline.com.

Education and networking shouldn’t be complicated or expensive. UCT’s registration rates are more economical than other conferences, and it takes place before the primary construction season is in full swing. Attendees benefit from quality education sessions and can receive credit granted by the University of Texas at Arlington. Employers benefit because the price is kept low, allowing more employees to receive training.

No cons, just simple, easy-to-understand, affordable rates at a time of year that’s practical. Budgets are restricted. Why overpay for something when you don’t have to?

UCT was there for you this past July, when the world was reopening and we’re excited to welcome you at the usual time of the year, to exchange ideas with like-minded professionals at UCT 2022. Learn more about the program and register at UCTonline.com.

It’s time to get back to real business. We look forward to seeing you in January!
