Patrick Acker, P.E., joined planning, engineering and program management firm Lockwood, Andrews & Newnam, Inc. (LAN) as a senior project manager. In this role, he provides quality control and technical oversight for the firm’s water and waste water projects in North Texas and plays a key role in mentoring employees in the region. With 37 years of experience as a civil engineer, he has designed hundreds of projects, including land development, transportation, levees, recreational, water and wastewater infrastructure, and large-diameter pipelines for public and private sectors throughout North Texas.
