Jason Walborn joined Granite Inliner as director of business development. A 23-year sales and operations executive, Walborn has extensive experience in public infrastructure and is a qualifier in six states for state contracting licenses. Most recently he worked at Hoffman Southwest/Pro-Pipe as national director of business development. Prior to that, he served as a business development manager in trenchless technology and as general manager/partner providing civil engineering, surveying and infrastructure development services.

Another key executive appointment at the Granite Construction Inc. subsidiary was Mark Slack being named director, West USA. With 41 years as an industry executive, Slack has been in the cured-in-place pipe (CIPP) industry since its infancy. He joined Granite Inliner’s predecessor, Layne Inliner, in 2011 when it acquired Wildcat Civil Services.
