Sara Woida joined engineering-environmental consulting firm Skelly and Loy, as senior water resources engineer. She is responsible for technical work – including investigation, analysis of various detailed studies, and preparation of deliverables related to green stormwater infrastructure – and business development, strategic and operational initiatives, and growth strategies.
Middlesex Water Company
Three Middlesex Water Company executives were named as vice presidents, joining the company’s Executive Committee.
Christian Andreasen is vice president-Enterprise Engineering, leading all related elements of capital planning and execution for all companies in the Middlesex Water Company enterprise. He has been with the company for 36 years.
Georgia Simpson is vice president-Information Technology, reflecting the function’s expanded prominence in the company’s strategy, business processes and risk profile. She has been with the company for 9 years.
Robert Fullagar, vice president-Operations, is responsible for Wastewater Collection and Treatment operations, and production and distribution functions enterprise-wide. He has 21 years with the company.

Kimberly Greene, chairman, president and CEO of Southern Company Gas, was appointed to the GTI Board of Directors. With the company since 1991, she currently ensures the delivery of clean, safe, reliable and affordable natural gas to more than 4.2 million utility customers in Georgia, Illinois, Tennessee and Virginia. She also oversees the non-utility businesses that create value through energy-related products and services, wholesale gas services, and gas midstream operations, including gas pipeline investments, and storage and fuels.

Greg Li, P.E., is a new project manager in the stormwater group of Lockwood, Andrews & Newnam, Inc., responsible for managing and implementing drainage solutions for infrastructure projects throughout Houston. He has more than 20 years of experience as a civil engineer in both public and private sectors, with expertise in project management, hydraulic and hydrologic analyses, land development and roadway construction and structural design.
Interplastic
Marc Deschambault joined Interplastic Corporation as sales representative, focusing on the Eastern Canada territory. He brings 30 years of experience working in the adhesives industry, representing companies such as Tembec Chemical (now part of Rayonier Advanced Materials), Tri-Tex Company and ARC Resins.

Martha Bixby is the new vice president of health and safety at Brown and Caldwell, which includes championing efforts to enhance the firm’s award-winning EHSS practices. Her 22-year track record of developing and directing global EHSS programs and best-practices spans a wide range of sectors including energy, industrial electronics, building materials, and manufacturing.
Dan Augusti is the new senior director of client services, based in Alexandria, Va. With more than 20 years in engineering and construction, he is experienced in water and wastewater facility design-build, pipeline and force main construction, value engineering, project controls, scheduling and estimation for environmental, commercial, heavy civil and industrial construction projects.
McKim & Creed
joined the Dallas/Fort Worth office of McKim & Creed as regional manager of Subsurface Utility Engineering (SUE). He brings nearly 20 years of experience in organizing, implementing and overseeing SUE and utility coordination projects for departments of transportation, energy providers, telecommunications companies, municipalities and private businesses.
The engineering and surveying firm also promoted Tim Cawood, PLS, to president of Geomatics. He has been with McKim & Creed for more than 30 years, starting from an entry-level position as a survey crew member and progressing to leadership positions and a key contributor to the firm’s growth and success, as the No. 1 survey and mapping firm in the Southeast, and one of the largest and most comprehensive geomatics firms in the U.S. •
