Kim Silvestri, project executive at BOND, the Boston-based manager of many of the Northeast’s most complex construction projects, received the Building Women in Construction (BWIC) Mentor of the Year (2019) Award. With more than 20 years in construction management, Silvestri is an accessible role model and trailblazer, co-founding the BOND Women’s Professional Group. •
