Perma-Liner Launches State-of-the-Art Lining System
Perma-Liner Industries LLC, a leading manufacturer and supplier of trenchless pipeline rehabilitation equipment and materials in North America, introduced its new vertical connection pipe lining system. This latest technology changes the way contractors and companies approach and repair vertical pipelines in residential and commercial markets.
“While some may compare our newest product to coating or brush casting, it is vastly superior and offers many standout benefits,” said Jerry D’Hulster, founder of Perma-Liner.
For example, coating or brush casting needs multiple coats with a significant dry time in-between, but the vertical connection pipe lining system does not.
Like other Perma-Liner products, the newest lining system features uniform thickness throughout, so there is zero thickness inconsistency, versus significant inconsistencies with coating. Also, the host pipe does not need to be dry prior to installation, reducing both installation and cure time.
“The vertical-connection lining product cures in under an hour, and an experienced crew can easily install five or more of these a day,” he added.
Given the ease this lining system offers, all materials come in kit form, so there’s zero measuring or waste.
