ALLU Group
With growth in its solutions portfolio, and its dealer/distributor network throughout Europe, Latin America, the U.S. and increasingly Southeast Asia, ALLU also focuses on strengthening the connection between them, products and distributors, and the link to customers.
One way was a global meeting that brought about 100 people, representing more than 30 ALLU dealers, to company headquarters in Findland, to learn, observe and network about the latest product developments and application ideas.
Informative seminars and workshops, a walk-through of the production process, and a question-and-answer session with product and service experts, equipped attendees to assist their customers in maximizing their investments in ALLU products.
“The dealer conference and meeting was the perfect occasion for me to meet the ALLU people in the field,” said Jeroen Hinnen, newly appointed ALLU vice president of sales,“ it enabled us to not only help our partners, but also to listen to what they and their customers want from ALLU.”
It was also an opportunity to appreciate dealers for being an “essential part of the ALLU global family,” and recognize their contribution.
“Our dealers are vital link between us and the customers. And the dealer’s performance has been outstanding in 2017,” said Ola Ulmala, president of ALLU.
Specific awards were presented to Huppenkothen GmbH, Germany, as “Dealer of the Year;” PT Alluxindo Pratama Sukses, Indonesia, as recipient of the “Award for Excellence;” and Australia’s R.D. Williams as “Best Performing New Dealer.”
The dealer meeting is supplemented by other events scheduled throughout the year, such as service workshops, and application and product development seminars.
ALLU Group designs, manufactures, sells and supports products that add value in numerous applications (processing, separating, sorting, mixing and crushing), typically transforming waste to usable material.
