Brown and Caldwell
Wendy Broley, P.E., was promoted to vice president and leader of the One Water team at the San Diego, Calif., office of Brown and Caldwell. In this role, she leverages the company’s growing reuse, advanced-treatment and One Water teams and her 18 years of experience in water/wastewater engineering, operations and optimization, to manage and expand a technical innovation strategy for meeting 21st-century water challenges.
Lockwood, Andrews & Newnam Inc.
Mackrena Ramos, P.E., was promoted to program manager at Lockwood, Andrews & Newnam Inc. (LAN), for the City of Houston’s Surface Water Transmission Program (SWTP). Since joining the firm in 1999, Ramos has contributed to the successful implementation of the SWTP, and developed a strong technical and nationally recognized team to meet the growing needs of the City of Houston.
RIDGID
Steven Shepard was named director of product management, overseeing RIDGID hand, tubing and pipe fabrication tools. He brings a successful track record in product management, deep knowledge of the skilled trades and a strong desire to develop purpose-built, multigenerational tools.

Paul Tiszai is the new West Coast Regional Manager at Trio Vision LLC, a Smyrna, Ga., manufacturer and innovator of technology solutions for the wastewater market. He brings more than 20 years of knowledge and experience in the pipeline inspection equipment industry to is role delivering innovative, high-quality products, and outstanding customer support and service.
ASTM
ASTM International’s committee on plastic piping systems presented its top annual award – the Award of Merit – to White G. Jee. The prestigious award, which includes the accompanying title of fellow, is ASTM’s highest recognition for individual contributions to developing standards. A member of ASTM International since 1996, and recipient of other awards, Jee is senior specialist-technical services at Sasol Chemicals North America LLC, in Houston.
IP/Interplastic Corporation
Following a distinguished career of more than 30 years, Bob DeRoma retired from his position as senior vice president of IP Corporation, and continues to support the company in strategic assignments. Reagan Stephens, most recently vice president of operations and general manager, was named senior vice president and COO.
In addition, Interplastic Corporation has reorganized, with two, new vice presidents of sales leading the commercial teams: Steve Wetzel directs the entire Interplastic sales force, regional managers and marketing communications manager.
