GSII StructureScan Mini XT

geophysical.com

GSSI, a leading manufacturer of ground penetrating radar (GPR) equipment, has enhanced its StructureScan Mini XT – the newest generation of the company’s popular all-in-one concrete inspection GPR system. A new drill hole feature uses a 3D data processing detection algorithm to evaluate a chosen cylindrical area representing a potential or planned coring location. Scanning for all possible targets within the area, the drill hole feature looks for anything that may interfere with the proposed coring.

Available only within the StructureScan Mini XT user interface, the drill hole indicator is designed for concrete coring applications. In complicated slab situations, the feature can help users determine the safest location for coring concrete.
