Chris Deel joined the sales team as a senior sales representative, overseeing sales in Ohio, eastern Michigan, western Pennsylvania, and a small portion of western New York and West Virginia. He brings 25 years of experience in the composites industry, including manufacturing, technical and distribution positions; managing a variety of composite fabrication shops; and a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.
Interplastic Corporation is a St. Paul, MN, specialty chemical company focused on the production and sale of unsaturated polyester and vinyl ester resins, gel coats, colorants and adhesives, and compounds for the composites and cast polymer industries.
McLaughlin
Cory Lee is the new regional sales manager for the Southwest region, supporting McLaughlin’s full line of products to dealers and customers. He brings more than 20 years of experience, including territory sales manager and solutions specialist at Vermeer.
Providing solutions for OEMs and the underground industry, Greenville, SC-based McLaughlin manufactures trenchless construction equipment, Vermeer-branded vacuum excavators and pneumatic piercing tools, and directional drills and various attachments.
AEM
The Association of Equipment Manufacturers (AEM), the international trade group representing more than 950 off-road equipment manufacturers and suppliers, elected two new directors to its Construction Equipment Sector board.
Philip Kelliher, vice president of Americas & Europe Distribution Services Division at Caterpillar Inc., has held various marketing and managerial positions during his 23 years at the company. He began his career in Australia, focused on agriculture, construction and mining; served in Latin America and was part of the company’s Global Mining Division formation.
David Thorne has 20 years of experience with John Deere, currently as senior vice president of worldwide sales and marketing for the Construction & Forestry Division. Previous management, sales and marketing roles have included director of worldwide marketing & support for Construction & Forestry, president of John Deere Water, and director of corporate strategy.

Mike Putney has joined the company as a sales manager for the Northeast region, based in Pittsburgh, PA, replacing Jamie Winters, who became sales manager for the Midwest territory. Putney has more than 20 years of experience in sales and account management at Supreme Corporation and Rollins Truck Leasing, including its buyout by Penske Truck Leasing.
Randolph, NJ-based Envirosight LLC is a full-service manufacturer of sewer cameras and other pipeline inspection solutions to municipalities, contractors, departments of transportation and civil/environmental engineers.
