Equipment Demonstrated At Ditch Witch’s Barcelona Customer Event
Ditch Witch, a Charles Machine Works Company, held its 15th annual international customer event at the Ditch Witch Barcelona Support Center. More than 350 attendees experienced next-generation equipment and technology that improve comfort, ROI and job-site productivity, including the newest AT40 directional drill.
During the one-day event, customers received hands-on equipment demos of new Ditch Witch products, including horizontal directional drills, trenchers, microtrenchers, mini skid steers and HDD tooling. The event concluded with a gala reception and dinner. In addition, various customer teams competed in a drilling contest during the event. The winning teams from Poland (first place), Italy (second place) and Germany (third place) walked away with custom-made Ditch Witch trophies.
“At this event, we were able to hear from customers about job-site challenges and showcase next-generation equipment aimed to combat those challenges,” said Shan Kirtley, Ditch Witch vice president of sales. “Gaining direct customer feedback across the world helps strengthen our customer relationships, enhance our products, and reinforces our ‘We’re In This Together’ commitment.”
