Bit Brokers Unveils New Line Of Matrix PDC Bits
Bit Brokers International is proud to introduce its new and improved line of HDD matrix PDC bits.
Matrix PDC bits are a combination of both steel and carbide. The higher the carbide-to-steel ratio is, the greater the quality of the bit. Bit Brokers’ matrix PDC bits now have the highest carbide content of all other HDD-quality PDC bits on the market.
PDC bits are designed for high-speed drilling in shale, limestone and sandstone formations. Unlike roller cones, these PDC bits are a one-piece matrix body with no moving parts. The fixed cutters shave away rock, making it possible to operate with higher rotation speeds, and more efficiently, than in consolidated formations.
Matrix PDC bits are available in various sizes and blade counts.
