Reline America UV CIPP liners

Reline America UV CIPP liners range from 6 to 54 inches. Custom liners are made in the company’s ISO 9001:2008 manufacturing facility in Saltville, VA, in accordance with ASTM F2019 and designed according to ASTM F1216. Blue-Tek liner is both a glass fiber reinforced plastic (GRP) and an ultra-violet CIPP used to completely rehab existing sewer and storm water pipes. Rental equipment may be available during a contractor’s first pipe rehabilitation projects.

Adding UV CIPP lining capabilities with your own crews

Multiple agencies have discovered that having in-house construction capacity helps to timely and more reliably manage their maintenance and renewal needs. Even in agencies where the bulk of pipe rehabilitation efforts are out-sourced to general contractors, having the ability to manage at least 20% of the pipe lining needs in-house can assist an agency with consent decree schedule compliance and with managing emergency needs in a timely and affordable manner. Because of the comparatively limited influence of variable environmental conditions upon a successful UV cure (as opposed to a thermal curing system) together with the advanced quality controls designed and built into the Reline America™ system (including our award winning QUALITY-TRACKER SYSTEM™ software), your agency’s existing in-house maintenance personnel can be readily trained and certified to successfully install Reline America™’s ALPHALINER™ UV CIPP liners. Reline America® provides comprehensive training and certification to assist with the start-up of your in-house lining crew, and we continue to provide support after the sale. Reline America® currently sells ALPHALINERc UV CIPP liners for successful in-house installation programs to agencies in both metro-markets and in small rural communities…. Read More
