Ditch Witch Awards Employees, Dealerships for Continual Excellence
Ditch Witch, a Charles Machine Works Company, announced the Harold Chessnut Award and the Service Excellence Award recipients for demonstrating the highest level of product support and service in 2015.
Archie Sours of Ditch Witch of Virginia was awarded the 2015 Harold Chessnut Award, presented to the worldwide parts manager who best represents the brand through expertise, eagerness and dedication to customer service – the qualities all best represented by Harold Chessnut, a Ditch Witch parts manager who served the company for more than 30 years.

The Service Excellence Award was awarded to Kenny Mangrum of Ditch Witch of South Louisiana for his leadership and support of his customers and peers. This prestigious award distinguishes the Ditch Witch employee who best continues the company’s dedication for product support and service throughout the year.
