Roberts Pipeline Announces New President

Roberts Pipeline has named Robert (Rob) Lyons as company president. Lyons brings more than 30 years of senior management and operational experience from the oil and gas industry. He has held multiple executive positions within Quanta Services, experiencing success driven by development of strategic customer relationships, employee development and promoting a culture of best in class performance.

Lyons earned a BS in business administration from Central Michigan University and a MBA from the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business.

As president, Lyons’ first priority is to provide management continuity and succession as the company transitions from the long-time leadership of Gary Roberts. Roberts has worked and lead the company for more than 40 years building a highly successful organization that prides itself on delivering the highest in quality and efficiency. Roberts will now serve as the chairman.

In addition to the role transitions for Roberts and Lyons, the company has made several other changes to senior management. Jason Roberts has been named executive vice president and chief operating officer. Roberts will be responsible for all day‐to-day operations. Greg Fisher has been named vice president of operations and will have responsibility for all field operations and estimating.
