WHC Transitions Ownership To Alvarez & Marsal Capital Partners

To provide a foundation for sustainable growth in a growing market, WHC Inc. has announced plans to transition ownership to its senior management and equity partner, Alvarez & Marsal Capital Partners (AMCP).

Current WHC management, led by Randy Warner, will continue to provide its customers with construction services. The new company will grow through organic activities, strategic acquisitions and geographic expansion, with the assistance and financial support of AMCP. In addition to the equity restructuring, the company will adopt a new name going forward: WHC Energy Services LLC, doing business as WHC, and will launch a new logo and brand to convey WHC Energy Services’ enhanced capabilities.

Warner, president and CEO of WHC Energy Services, stated, “Everyone wins with this new company: customers, suppliers, new partners, former owners, employees and management. The existing leadership team will remain at the helm and our new equity partners give us enhanced financial strength and strategic advantage. WHC’s future and the service we provide our customers have never been brighter in the nearly 60 years WHC has been in business. Our ambition is to set the foundation and pace for another 60 years.”

WHC Energy Services is a privately held general contractor that provides construction services for pipeline and related facilities to the oil and gas market. The company also offers its customers pipeline right-of-way and facilities maintenance services. whc-inc.com
