Roush New VP at Atlas Copco

In order to continue growth of Atlas Copco’s consumables, parts and service business, the company announced Jamie Roush as its new vice president/business line manager, Construction Service Division.

Roush has more than 17 years of industry experience to his new position. He joined the company seven years ago and has since held several positions including customer service manager, e-commerce manager and aftermarket business development manager for national rental accounts.

Roush has an undergraduate degree in physics and attended Cleveland State University for graduate studies in mechanical engineering.

In addition to appointing Roush, Atlas Copco now offers comprehensive training packages which include product and service training programs to help build dealers’ reputations as problem solvers, as well as develop excellent customer relations. The training programs include equipment training and demonstrations in addition to hands-on service and maintenance training.

After completion of the training programs, dealers are able to better serve their customers while providing high-quality maintenance and repairs quickly, positioning these dealers as experts.

The product training portion offers attendees an in-depth understand of the equipment through product demonstrations and overviews of features and benefits, followed by gaining invaluable knowledge of how to boost sales using Atlas Copco’s marketing and sales tools.

The service training program includes instruction on troubleshooting operating issues, as well as in-depth repairs and equipment maintenance training, including Tier 4 models. Additionally, dealers get an overview of Atlas Copco’s Shop Online program, which is a quick and simple solution for placing and tracking orders, finding product information and manuals, and submitting warranty claims. The program is also available for download on Android smartphones and Apple and Android Tablets using the keyword DocuMobile, and dealers can request a password through Atlas Copco’s customer service department.
