New Staff Joins Henkels & McCoy

Henkels & McCoy (H&M) has hired several new people to its management team.

Danielle Schofield joins H&M’s west region as director of business development, overseeing all regional business development goals and processes, including market strategy, account management, opportunity capture and H&M brand management.

Schofield joins H&M with over 20 years of experience in energy related business development and marketing. She holds a Master of Arts degree in management in organizational leadership from Brandman University and a Bachelor of Science degree in communications from Long Beach State University.

H&M also welcomes Todd Blosser to the position of vice president of operations for H&M’s central region. Blosser will be responsible for the operational management of the region’s various markets through the development and direction of regional operational plans, coordination of regional client development programs, labor and talent management initiatives, risk management programs, and regional communications and culture development.

Blosser has over 23 years of progressive leadership expertise from his previous positions at Northeast Utilities, The United Illuminating Company, Pacific Gas and Electric Company (PG&E), and DTE Energy. He holds a B.A. in economics from the University of Michigan, a master’s degree in finance from the University of San Francisco, and another master’s degree in industrial and labor relations from Cornell University.

James M. Dillahunty has been promoted to senior vice president of energy delivery. In his new role, Dillahunty will be responsible for the advancement of market offerings, customers, business partners, and operations in furtherance of H&M’s energy delivery markets.

During his first 25 years with H&M, Dillahunty helped build and shape the company’s regional operations on the West Coast. He currently serves on the board of the Power & Communication Contractors Association and represents H&M as a member of the Pipe Line Contractors Association.

H&M appointed J. Daniel Pigott, Jr. to senior vice president of corporate services

He will be responsible for general executive leadership and oversight of multiple corporate departments including Fleet, Procurement, IT/Information Performance Systems, Quality/Continuous Improvement and the Project Management Office. Additionally, Pigott will be an executive liaison with operations to ensure that all programs, initiatives and projects are prioritized, adequately resourced and aligned with corporate strategic goals to ensure overall value for H&M’s customers.

Pigott has over 36 years of experience at H&M. He most recently led the company’s Project Management Office, which he has overseen since its establishment in January of 2005. Previously, he served as vice president of corporate sales and marketing and vice president of the engineering division.
