Tarlton Corp. Promotes Post, Beattie
Tarlton Corp., a St. Louis-based general contracting and construction management firm, announces two promotions: Richard G. Post, Sr. has been promoted to vice president, power and energy, overseeing the firm’s power and energy and hydrovac services groups.
And Cameron Beattie has been to senior project manager of preconstruction and estimating.
Post previously served as project executive at Tarlton. He joined Tarlton in early 2011, where he brought to the company 35 years of experience in the power industry, serving much of that time in construction management, energy delivery and transmission, energy trading, and power operations for Ameren Missouri.
Post holds a Bachelor of Science degree in electrical engineering from Missouri University of Science and Technology in Rolla.

In his new role, Beattie is managing all estimating and preconstruction systems and personnel, while also working with market leaders in the procurement of additional work. He is supported by Kevin Oakley, who continues to serve as senior preconstruction manager, and the Tarlton preconstruction and estimating team.
A 23-year industry veteran who previously served as project manager, Beattie has amassed a wide range of experience in concrete, commercial, life sciences, and design-build water and wastewater treatment projects. When he joined Tarlton in 2006, Beattie served as project engineer on the Missouri River Phase I project for the Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District. He also has served as an OSHA-certified outreach instructor.
