Brown Integrity Acquires Pipeline Services International
Brown Integrity has completed the acquisition of Pipeline Services International (PSI) of Houston, Texas.
PSI’s location will serve as a base for both the Houston and offshore markets. Gordon Barksdale, President of PSI, will serve as Division Manager with responsibility for Houston operations, offshore markets and international business.
Charles M. Brown, President of Brown Integrity, commented, “In addition to making us one of the largest players in the field, this acquisition provides many other strategic benefits to Brown.
