Raven Lining Systems
Raven 760 High Performance Polymer Concrete (HPPC) is for use on concrete and masonry structures. Designed as a stand-alone re-surfacing product, the 760 may be used to repair voids, spalls or exposed aggregate up to ¼-inch thick per application. Additionally, self-priming Raven 760 may be used as an underlayment to reduce out-gassing for applications of various topcoats. The 760’s properties allow it to be efficiently sprayed or troweled to rehabilitate substrates providing a suitable surface for the application of a polymer topcoat in a variety of technologies. 3M Scotchkote Pipe Renewal Liner 2400 helps provide a cost effective solution to many of the problems common to potable water distribution systems. Its unique properties, combined with a trenchless spin cast application process, can efficiently coat the existing infrastructure restoring internal pipe diameters, increasing flow, improving efficiency, minimizing water loss and helping to prevent additional corrosion and build-up of scale and tuberculation. At prescribed lining thickness (caliper) and bury depths, Scotchkote Liner 2400 is projected to meet the material properties of ASTM F1216-09 after 50 years. Standard Cement Materials
Use Reliner MSP cement, pure fused calcium aluminates and EPA verified epoxy coatings for rehabilitating existing manholes, horizontal sewerage pipes and bends, and corrugated metal pipe culverts (CMP) to 120 inches using high strength, “cast-in-place” cement liner technology. This repair system is comprised of a one-component structural cement mortar liner or the cement liner and a subsequent epoxy coating system.
