Keystone XL Gets Delayed
Supporters and opponents of the Keystone XL pipeline have been in hot debate over its delayed construction, saying it is a political ploy aimed at putting off the decision on the devisive pipeline project until after midterm elections in November.
This became more evident on April 18 when U.S. State Department officials said the department will delay its decision on construction of the pipeline until it has a clearer picutre on the outcome of current legal challenges to the pipeline’s route through Nebraska.
