Margaret H. “Maggie” Kull, 78, wife of Ed Kull (former executive director of the American Pipeline Contractors Association), passed away Dec. 15, 2013 in Odessa, TX.

Kull worked for and retired from the city of Odessa from 1959 to 1974 as an executive secretary in the Public Works Department. She served a number of years as executive secretary for Rocky Mountain Pipeline Contractors Association. She also was a member of the board of directors for CKC Testing Company as well as Pan American Oilfield Service Company and C.E. Kull and Associates.

She is survived by her husband, Ed; children Carol and Lou; two sisters; nine grandchildren, five great grandchildren and three great great-grandchildren.

It is suggested in lieu of flowers that donations be made to Hospice (Home Hospice Field Office, 516 N. Texas, Odessa, TX 79761) or your favorite charity.

Janice Klumb, spouse of Distribution Contractors Association Past President Dennis Klumb, Sr., passed away on Dec. 25, 2013, at the age of 77.

Janice and her husband were owners of DJ’s Supper Club for 32 years, Arby Construction for 29 years, KS Energy Services since 2005, and a member the East Troy Lioness Club for over 28 years. She raised seven children. Her favorite charities included the Make a Wish Foundation, St. Jude Children’s Hospital and she co-founded the Dennis and Janice Klumb Family Foundation.
