American Augers ‘Rocks’ Customer Appreciation Event

American Augers and Trencor recently welcomed more than 90 customers and industry partners to their West Salem, OH, headquarters and manufacturing facilities.

American Augers/Trencor annually bring key customers to their plant to tour the facilities, have face-to-face interaction with employees and become better educated about the equipment and support.

Several demonstrations were included this year such as auger boring and the MCM-4000 mud mixer. Also on display were several directional drilling rigs of varying sizes plus Trencor trenching and surface mining machines. Manufacturing of Trencor equipment was moved to the West Salem facilities in 2012.

Following the morning tours, as is tradition, attendees were treated to home-cooking from a local Amish catering group. Once afternoon demonstrations were wrapped up, the group returned to Cleveland for a reception and dinner at the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. The museum offered full access to attendees to see the many historic music exhibits and a live band delighted the group for much of the evening.
