CIPP Corporation
Available from CIPP Corp., the Berolina-Liner System UV Cure is the preferred system of renovating pipelines throughout Europe. The Lightspeed process uses a UV-light technique to create custom-designed liners to ensure maximum flow capacity with minimal cross section reduction for up to 50 years. With both systems available, CIPP Corp. will fully assess your pipeline needs, providing the best recommendation for rehabilitation. 888.485.2477, cippcorp.com
Fibrwrap Construction
The Tyfo Fibrwrap Pipe Rehabilitation System is a fiber reinforced polymer (FRP)-based, trenchless technology method for the repair, strengthening and retrofit of corrosion-damaged and distressed large-diameter PCCP, RCCP, and steel pressure pipelines ranging from diameters of 36 to 201 inches. Fibrwrap offers a complete, turnkey package that includes access, surface preparation and application of the Tyfo Fibrwrap system. The entire Tyfo system is NSF 61 compliant, and when necessary, additional protective coatings are applied for aggressive chemical or environmental exposures. 636.530.3316, aegion.com
Inliner Technologies
The Inliner product is installed using direct inversion as well as the pull-in method for deteriorating pipelines ranging in diameter from 4 to 120 inches. The curing process can be completed by either hot water or steam/hot air. This transformation of a soft, flexible felt tube to a thermoset resin-impregnated liner and finally to a cured structural liner within the existing pipe is a process for which Inliner crews and project managers have been trained to ensure compliance with the owner’s required specifications. 812.723.0704, inliner.net
Reline America
Reline America offers UV CIPP liners from 6 to 54 inches. Liners are produced to order in the company’s ISO 9001:2008 manufacturing facility in Saltville, VA in accordance with ASTM F2019 and designed according to ASTM F1216. Blue-Tek liner is both a glass fiber reinforced plastic (GRP) and an ultra-violet CIPP used to completely rehab existing sewer and storm water pipes. Rental equipment may be available during a contractor’s first pipe rehabilitation projects. 866.998.0808, relineamerica.com
Masterliner
Masterliner manufactures CIPP inversion, pull-in and spot repair liners from 4 to 96 inches. The company’s wet out facility is capable of providing impregnated liners up to 60 inches in diameter. Delivery and technical support ensures the customer’s successful installation. 888.344.3733, masterliner.com
Perma-Liner Industries
With Perma-Liner Main Lining System for municipal main line sanitary sewers, certified, third-party tested equipment and materials are engineered and manufactured to meet project specifications on an individual basis. The cured-in-place felt liners are produced with different thicknesses to meet the varying pipe diameters and individual sizes of municipal city lines. Upon insertion of the resin impregnated felt liners into the existing host pipe, the resin hardens and creates a structurally lasting pipe within a pipe. A robotic camera then goes in to check the work, and ensure the insertion process was successful. Perma-Liner products extend the life of your existing pipes by at least 50 years, leaving a minimal carbon footprint. 866.336.2568, perma-liner.com
Insituform
A pioneer in cured-in-place pipe (CIPP) technology, Insituform has installed over 19,000 miles of CIPP worldwide. The Insituform CIPP process is suited for wastewater pipeline repair and can be used to rehabilitate sanitary sewers, storm sewers and force mains. Insituform CIPP is a jointless pipe-within-a-pipe with the capability to rehabilitate pipelines ranging in diameter from 6 to 96 inches and to negotiate bends. Insituform CIPP can be pulled into place or inverted with either air or water. The cure can be done with steam or hot water. All processes are consistent with nationally recognized standards and Insituform’s ISO-certified quality control program. 800.234.2992, insituform.com
Miller Pipeline
The MPC ToughTube CIPP lining system restores structural integrity, reduces inflow and infiltration, and in many circumstances increases flow capacity in larger diameter lines. The pliable nature of the uncured pipe liner, made of a resin-saturated felt with a vapor barrier, allows the material to be installed around curves and other obstructions while filling cracks and bridging gaps. Once the resin-impregnated tube has been fully installed, it is cured using circulating hot water or steam. After the tube has cured into a monolithic structure, the laterals are robotically reopened. It is available in a wide variety of shapes and pipe diameters from 6 to 96-plus inches. 800.428.3742, millerpipeline.com
