Driver Pipeline recognized for safety, environmental excellence
Driver Pipeline, headquartered in Dallas, TX, has been named the 2012 Natural Gas Business Unit Contractor Safety Award Winner by Kinder Morgan, the largest midstream and the fourth largest energy company (based on combined enterprise value) in North America.
The winner was selected from a pool of 630 contractors based on Total Recordable Incident Rate (TRIR), Review of Safety Programs (RAVS), Review of Training Documentation (T-RAVS), and Kinder Morgan specified performance.
It was also noted that Driver Pipeline had a consistent “A” rating, a TRIR less than industry average, as well as a 0.00 TRIR for KM projects.
