John Deere
The John Deere 844K Wheel Loader is a Tier 3 emission-certified machine with a John Deere PowerTech diesel engine that produces 380 hp. Volvo Construction Equipment
The new Volvo L150G has a breakout force of 45,187 pounds and a bucket capacity of 5.2 cubic yards. These forces are all generated from Volvo’s new re-handling buckets, specifically designed for easier pile penetration to increase fuel efficiency and performance. The G-Series wheel loader is equipped with a Volvo D13 Tier 4i engine featuring Volvo Advanced Combustion Technology to comply with EPA exhaust emissions legislation. New OptiShift transmission increases fuel efficiency and lowers fuel consumption for the G-Series wheel loaders. Case
Two models join Case’s new F Series wheel loader product line, the 1021F and 1121F. Operators will boost their productivity with F Series enhancements like joystick steering, selectable power modes and a rearview camera. A new hydro-mechanical transmission package provides additional fuel savings, faster acceleration and faster hydraulic cycle times. Case is the first manufacturer to introduce selective catalytic reduction (SCR) technology for wheel loaders. The 1021F and 1121F wheel loaders provide fast acceleration, quick cycle times and high production. The new high-horsepower Case engines also feature variable-geometry turbochargers. Caterpillar
The Extended High Lift Option for the Cat 994F Wheel Loader provides 42 inches more dump clearance compared to the High Lift linkage for additional lift height making it easier for the operator to load a 250-ton size class truck. For faster cycle times, the operator can back the 994F away from the truck without racking back the bucket. The additional lift also enables the operator to dump the last pass without pushing material. Centering the load, for reduced truck wear, better truck handling and less spillage, is easier, too. The EHL linkage is designed to reduce operator fatigue, decrease loading time and improve daily production when loading 793 size trucks. New Holland
The W190B wheel loader has a Tier-3 compliant engine rated at 227 gross hp. The machine comes standard with four power modes. The tightly sealed, heavily insulated and isolation-mounted operator cab uses maintenance-free, oil-filled dampeners to keep out dust, dirt, noise and vibration. The expansive flat glass area provides excellent overall visibility to the front bucket. The low rear hood and frame design provide better visibility to the rear. Kubota Tractor
The versatile Kubota R-Series wheel loaders offer better visibility, more power and outstanding productivity. The R420S wheel loader comes with Kubota’s own 43 hp E-TVCS diesel engine, while the R520S model comes with 49 hp. Kubota’s wheel loaders are loaded with capabilities; including electric shuttle shift lever to allow on-the-go directional change without clutching or braking, as well as Load Sensing Transmission which automatically adjusts speed and torque in response to load conditions. Komatsu America
The WA380-7 wheel loader has a net horsepower of 191 hp and is powered by a Komatsu SAA6D107E-2 engine and is EPA Tier 4 Interim and EU Stage 3B emission certified. Built upon a proven Tier 3 engine platform that increases power while decreasing fuel consumption by approximately 10 percent, compared to the WA380-6. Weighing in at 39,900 pounds, the WA380-7 features improved efficiency, lower fuel consumption, improved operator comfort, and enhanced serviceability to maximize productivity while lowering operating costs. The WA380-7 also features Komatsu SmartLoader Logic, which provides optimal engine torque for the job required. Komatsu SmartLoader Logic helps to save fuel by automatically decreasing engine torque when the loader isn’t working hard, such as when it is driving with an empty bucket. The cab’s front glass has been lowered and the dashboard has been redesigned to improve visibility. Doosan
The Doosan DL300 wheel loader is powered by a turbocharged 217-hp Doosan diesel engine, the DL300 provides the low-end performance and strong torque rise required to dig and carry heavy loads. An electronically controlled, high-pressure common-rail direct fuel injection system helps keep emissions – and fuel consumption – low. Standard limited slip differentials on both the front and rear axles allow the DL300 to tackle the toughest terrain. The DL300 has a static tipping load of 29,392 pounds at maximum reach with a straight frame and 24,143 pounds at the maximum steering angle of 40 degrees. Dump height with the standard bucket is 9 feet 6 inches and dump reach is 3 feet 10 inches. Height at the bucket pivot point is 13 feet 1 inch. With available buckets ranging from 3.5 to 4.6 cubic yards, the DL300 can take on a wide range of material handling tasks, such as loading and transporting aggregates such as rock, sand and gravel. Terex
The new Terex TL310 Wheel Loader handles bucket capacities of 4-6 yd3 and boasts a bucket breakout force of 34,534 pounds. Additional features include the Terex loading system, a spacious operating cab and a powerful cooling system with reversible fan. Powered by a fuel-efficient, 203-hp Cummins turbocharged diesel engine, the TL310 meets the latest Tier III emission standards. Boasting an operating weight of 38,801 pounds, the TL310 is built for powerful performance with a straight tipping load of 29,101 pounds, an articulated tipping load of 25,352 pounds and incorporates bucket-rigging points directly on the lifting frame.
